Diet or the food that we ingest is an important factor in maintaining and having a good oral health. When you eat or drink your risk with bacteria increases. Food particles that are left in the mouth causes bacteria to form into plaque. The body can respond completely with any dental treatment if smoking is avoided, restoring healthy gums.
